What is travel training?

Travel Training is intensive training that teaches people to use fixed-route public transportation. Travel Training may provide one-on-one or group training to seniors and people with disabilities to assist them in developing the skills to use fixed-route transit. It also assists the Travel Training trainee to identify community transit options in addition to paratransit and fixed-route transit as appropriate.
