In 1994 C.A.R.E. Evaluators was established in paratransit appeals. In 2004 C.A.R.E. received its first in-person paperless paratransit evaluation and renewals contract. Additional service contracts quickly followed to include Call Center, Travel Training, Marking & Tethering (Traveler Safety), Mobility Management, Paper Application Paratransit Evaluation, and Consulting.

C.A.R.E. Evaluators, Inc. was founded by David T.W. Lee, Physical Therapist and Chief Executive Officer. C.A.R.E. Evaluators, LLC was created in January 2003 to consolidate C.A.R.E. Physical Therapy and C.A.R.E. Worksite Evaluators, which had been operating for the prior fifteen years and seven years respectively. C.A.R.E. Evaluators incorporated in January of 2015. C.A.R.E. is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).

Mr. Lee is a licensed physical therapist and has worked in the paratransit field since 1994. He is an expert in paratransit evaluation and Travel Training. Mr. Lee is an innovator in the field of transit for people with disabilities, and the application and development of new technologies for improving evaluation and training of the customers he serves.

 

C.A.R.E. EVALUATORS HAS PROVIDED PARATRANSIT EVALUATION SERVICES FOR BOTH LARGE AND SMALL MUNICIPALITIES SINCE 2004.
