THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ARE EVALUATED MORE ACCURATELY BY INTERVIEWING THEM IN PERSON SO THEY MAY TRULY COMMUNICATE THEIR ABILITIES AND THEIR LIMITATIONS.

It is for this reason that C.A.R.E. specializes in In-Person Paratransit evaluation.

C.A.R.E. recognizes that governmental financial limitations necessitate that riders use only the most appropriate services to ensure their maximum independence.

C.A.R.E.’s staff is deeply knowledgable of the needs of people with disabilities. They work with people in a way that shows respect and understanding.

Community Relations and Outreach

C.A.R.E. works with the transportation agencies and the community of people with disabilities to ensure positive communications regarding transportation options. 

Giving customers and care-givers information to make informed decisions regarding their transportation options will result in a higher percentage of customers choosing options other than paratransit application when appropriate. 

C.A.R.E. consults with organization to create and implement communication plans and opportunities. Strong positive communications is particularly important during times of transition in paratransit services.
